1. Introduction

Thank you for using CREDIKA. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, or “Agreement”) carefully before accessing or using our platform or services (“Services”). These Terms are legally binding and govern your use of our website and our mobile application, both owned and operated by CREDIKA Pte. CREDIKA is a marketing technology platform designed to help users monetize their social influence and acts as a distribution partner for prepaid instruments (PPIs), wallets, and other financial products through its regulated partners.

2. Eligibility

5. Definitions

Key terms such as “Min-KYC Wallet”, “Full KYC Wallet”, “PPI Issuer”, “KYC”, etc. are defined identically to RBI guidelines and the original terms, updated with CREDIKA as the Platform name.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. CREDIKA’s Privacy Policy outlines how your data is used and protected. Third-party providers may also access anonymized data for analytics and service improvements. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and login credentials.

7. CREDIKA Account and Services

Before accessing financial products through CREDIKA’s co-brand partners, you must create a CREDIKA account using a verified mobile number and provide:

8. Issuance of Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI)

CREDIKA does not directly issue PPIs. These are issued by RBI-regulated entities such as Livquik and NSDL Payments Bank. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform or any services at our discretion, without prior notice.

12. Electronic Communication

By using CREDIKA, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, and in-app notifications.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CREDIKA, its officers, and partners from claims or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

CREDIKA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. In any case, total liability shall not exceed ₹5,000.
